Facility one encompasses 125 acres and has approximately 23,000 feet of rail. It is serviced by CSX and we have equipment ranging from 3,000 to 55,000 LB capacity, end loaders, material handlers and 3 harbor cranes (2x 84MT and 1x 154MT lift capacity) and switching locomotives. The dock length is 4,100 feet long and is dredged to seaway draft (26’6” or 8.08 meters).
